Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

1. Title and Commencement

(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Revocation of the Resource Management (Approval of the Valetta Irrigation Co-operative Society Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2009) Notice 2025.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Revocation of approval as requiring authority

The approval and notice entitled the Resource Management (Approval of the Valetta Irrigation Co-operative Society Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2009, dated 22 July 2009 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 July 2009, No. 110, page 2519 is hereby revoked.
