Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 22 April 2025, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to sections 242(1)(e) and 244 of the Act, that

be suspended from practice as a barrister or solicitor for two months commencing 6 May 2025.

On 25 September 2025 the High Court formally issued a judgment which recorded the appeal was dismissed. The two months suspension period begins on 20 October 2025.
