Under section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Jonathan Bass, Special Counsel, the Treasury, give notice that the Honourable Nicola Willis, Minister of Finance, and on 19 August 2025, the Honourable Simeon Brown, Minister of Health, gave approvals under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 163 of that Act, for Health New Zealand to enter into an ACC accredited employer agreement that requires the crown entity provide an indemnity.
