Under section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Jonathan Bass, Special Counsel, the Treasury, give notice that on 6 April 2025, the Honourable Nicola Willis, Minister of Finance, and on 23 March 2025, the Honourable Brooke van Velden, Minister of Internal Affairs, gave approvals under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 163 of that Act, for Fire and Emergency New Zealand to enter into an ACC accredited employer agreement that requires the crown entity provide an indemnity.
