Under section 212M of the Education and Training Act 2020, I hereby notify that the Charter School Agency, acting in the name and on behalf of the Crown, and Tōtara Point Charitable Trust have entered into a contract for the establishment of Tōtara Point School as a charter school.

The sponsor of the charter school is Tōtara Point Charitable Trust, and the school will be located at 303 Manukau Road, Epsom, Auckland.

The school will be a primary co-educational school offering year levels 1 through 6.

The school will open in 2026 with years 1 through 5, phasing in year 6 in 2027.

Education will be delivered on site.

The charter school will operate with the distinguishing character of “Educational model delivered in partnership with family and whānau.”
