Appointment of a Member to the Lake Rotoiti Scenic Reserve Board
Pursuant to section 30(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, I, the Honourable Tama Potaka, Minister of Conservation, hereby appoint:
Whakaturia Alfred Morehu
for a term commencing on 1 September 2025 to 31 July 2027, replacing Tawhiri Morehu.
And make an amendment to the New Zealand Gazette, 10 August 2020, Notice No. 2020-go1273 replacing:
Operations Manager – Rotorua Tauranga, Department of Conservation
with
Operations Manager – Rotorua, Department of Conservation.
Lake Rotoiti Scenic Board is a special Board, constituted under sections 18(1) and 19 of the Māori Purposes Act 1931, to have control of the Reserves in the Schedules hereto, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
