Under section 212M of the Education and Training Act 2020, I hereby notify that the Charter School Agency, acting in the name and on behalf of the Crown, and NZPAA Charitable Trust have entered into a contract for the establishment of New Zealand Performance Academy Aotearoa as a charter school.

The sponsor of the charter school is NZPAA Charitable Trust, and the school will be located at 30 Somme Road, Trentham, Upper Hutt.

The school will be a secondary co-educational school offering year levels 11 through 13.

The school will open in 2026 with years 11 through 13.

Education will be delivered on site.
