Pursuant to section 184(6) of the Civil Aviation Act 2023, and, in accordance with section 58(1) and clauses 2 and 4 of Schedule 6 of the Public Service Act 2020, a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 31 March 2025, I give notice that, further to an application received from China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited, I, Siobhan Routledge, Acting Deputy Chief Executive – Policy in the Ministry of Transport, have varied the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held by that airline to:

1. include Buenos Aires as a beyond point in the route schedule; and
2. increase the capacity entitlement to 26 return services per week.

The variation took effect on 24 October 2025.
