as Deputy Chair of the Civil Aviation Authority Board for a term commencing on 1 November 2025 and ending on 30 September 2028.

Pursuant to section 21(2) of the Civil Aviation Act 2023 and section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Acting Minister of Transport is pleased to reappoint

Darin Cusack

as member of the Civil Aviation Authority Board for a term commencing on date of this notice and ending on 30 September 2028.
