Under section 212M of the Education and Training Act 2020, I hereby notify that the Charter School Agency, acting in the name and on behalf of the Crown, and Aotearoa Infinite Academy Limited have entered into a contract for the establishment of Aotearoa Infinite Academy as a charter school.

The sponsor of the charter school is Aotearoa Infinite Academy Limited, and the school will be a distance school, with registered offices at 18 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, Auckland Central.

The school will be a secondary offering year levels 9 through 13, co-educational school.

The school will open in 2026 with years 9 through 12, and phasing in year 13 in 2027.

Education will be delivered by distance.
