Under section 212M of the Education and Training Act 2020, I hereby notify that the Charter School Agency, acting in the name and on behalf of the Crown, and Altum Academy Charitable Trust have entered into a contract for the establishment of Altum Academy as a charter school.

The sponsor of the charter school is Altum Academy Charitable Trust, and the school will be located at 66 Albemarle Road, Wilton, Wellington.

The school will be a composite offering year levels 7 through 13, co-educational school.

The school will open in 2026 with years 7 through 9, and phasing in a year level annually.

Education will be delivered on site.
