Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Bernice Smith, Senior Solicitor, give notice that on 25 September 2025, the Honourable Nicola Willis, Minister of Finance, and the Honourable Louise Upston, Minister for Social Development and Employment, gave approval, under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 162 of that Act, for the New Zealand Artificial Limb Service to borrow from Westpac Banking Corporation (or the appropriate subsidiary) in the form of a flexible overdraft facility for a period of five years.
