Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(b) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 6 March 2020, which was granted under those regulations to Fiji Community Association of Auckland Inc., in respect of Bula Centre (45936) situated at 40 R Cleek Road, Mangere East, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
