Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 7 November 2011, which was granted under those regulations to Playday (Orakei Presbyterian Church), in respect of Playday (Orakei Presbyterian Church) (20491) situated at 162 Coates Avenue, Orakei, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
