Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I appoint

Janice Dawson

as Chair and board member of the Accident Compensation Corporation Board for the remainder of her current term to 31 May 2026. Then reappoint as Chair and board member from 1 June 2026 up to 31 May 2028.
