Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Tinui School (3041) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 November 2023, Notice No. 2023-go5521 and as amended in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 August 2024, Notice No. 2024-go3751).

This notice takes effect on the date of its publication.
