Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Edgecumbe College (145) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 September 2023, Notice No. 2023-go4488).

This notice takes effect on the date of its publication.
