Pursuant to section 28 and clause 1(2) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 26 of the Broadcasting Act 1989, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby appoints

Susannah Adair Staley, of Dunedin

as the Chair and a member of the Broadcasting Standards Authority, for a term commencing on 1 December 2025 and expiring on 30 November 2028.
