Pursuant to section 3 of the Winton Racecourse Management Ordinance 1873, and section 70(2) of the Reserves Act 1977, I, the Honourable Tama Potaka, Minister of Conservation, hereby reappoint the person named hereunder to be a Member of the Winton Racecourse Reserve Trust for a term commencing on the date of appointment and expiring on 30 September 2028:
