Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Wellsford School (1126) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 March 2024, Notice No. 2024-go1152).

This notice takes effect on the date of its publication.
