Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Bernice Smith, Treasury Solicitor, hereby give notice that on 12 September 2025, Bridgette Hickey, Acting General Manager, System Delivery, Te Pae Aronui, Ministry of Education, and Thomas Parry, Manager, Communities, Learning and Work, the Treasury, gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 161 of that Act, for Marlborough Boys College Board to:

• acquire shares in Outdoor Education New Zealand Ltd up to an aggregate maximum value of $1 each.
