Pursuant to section 170(5) of the Education and Training Act 2020 and acting with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I declare invalid the September 2025 election of the student and staff representatives for the Rotorua Lakes High School (154) Board and require a new election to be held with the staff election date of Wednesday, 12 November 2025 and the student election date of Wednesday, 29 October 2025.

This notice takes effect the date of publication.
