Pursuant to section 12 of the Water Services Authority—Taumata Arowai Act 2020 and section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I appoint to the Water Services Authority—Taumata Arowai Board:

Langley David Cavers, of Katikati

Julie Marguerite Hardaker, of Hamilton

as members for a three-year term commencing on 25 September 2025 and concluding on 24 September 2028; and

Loretta Te Iriwaho Lovell, of Upper Hutt

as a member for a further extension of her term concluding on 22 February 2026.
