Pursuant to section 122 of the Education and Training Act 2020 (“Act”), I hereby determine the following constitution for the Board of Halswell Residential College (522):

• Up to four members appointed by the Director of Education, Ministry of Education, Canterbury.
• Up to two members who are former students of the school.
• Up to two members co-opted by the Board.
• The Principal of Halswell Residential College (522).
• One staff representative nominated and elected by the staff of the school.

This notice takes effect on the day of its publication.
