Pursuant to clause 10 of Schedule 22 of the Education and Training Act 2020 (“Act”), I hereby split the Combined Board of Westbridge Residential School and Halswell Residential College and establish Westbridge Residential School (4157) Board and Halswell Residential College (522) Board with effect on 1 January 2026.

I further specify under clause 13 of Schedule 22 of the Act, that the residual employer of the employees of the Combined Board will be the Halswell Residential College Board.
