Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 28 May 2025, which was granted under those regulations to Poetiare Malo Amata Trust, in respect of Poetiare O Rongomai (48258) situated at 10A Birmingham Road, Otara, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
