1. Pursuant to clause 4 of Schedule 22 to the Education and Training Act 2020 (“Act”), I hereby revoke the notice of an Alternative Constitution for the Board of Trustees of the Papatoetoe Intermediate (1428) School Board as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 April 2018, Notice No. 2018-go1622.

2. The current board will remain in place until the day the elected board members take office following an election held in accordance with the Education (School Board) Elections 2022.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
