Pursuant to clause 7 of Schedule 22 to the Education and Training Act 2020 I hereby combine the boards of St Kevins College (Oamaru) (369) and St Joseph’s School (Oamaru) (3825) to form the Combined Board of St Kevins College and St Joseph’s School (Oamaru) (“Board”).

Pursuant to section 119 the combined board will operate under a standard constitution.

The Board will initially comprise:

1. six parent-elected members
2. four proprietors representatives
3. three co-opted members
4. the Principal of each school
5. two staff representatives
6. one student representative.

The Board may subsequently amend its membership consistent with section 119.

This notice shall take effect from the date of publication.
