Pursuant to section 170(3) of the Education and Training Act 2020 and acting with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the period for the closing of the supplementary roll, and all subsequent actions in accordance with the Education (Board Elections) Regulations 2022 for the parent elections for Egmont Village School (2164) Board as follows:

The Supplementary Roll will close at noon on Monday, 1 September 2025.

Nominations will close at noon on Wednesday, 3 September 2025.

Voting papers for the election of the staff representative for this board will be issued by Wednesday, 10 September 2025.

Voting for the election of the staff representative for this board will close at 4.00pm on Wednesday, 8 October 2025.

The acceptance of postal votes will close on Monday, 13 October 2025.

The counting of votes will be completed on Tuesday, 14 October 2025.

The board takes office on Wednesday, 15 October 2025.

This notice takes effect the day of publication.
