Pursuant to section 170(5) of the Education and Training Act 2020 and acting with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I declare invalid the September 2025 election of the parent representatives for the Brooklyn School (Motueka) (3185) Board and require a new election to be held with the election day of Monday 24 November 2025.

This notice takes effect the date of publication.
