Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 October 2019, which was granted under those regulations to Te Whānau Tupu Ngātahi o Aotearoa - Playcentre Aotearoa, in respect of Matawai Playcentre (55017) situated at Raumati Street, Matawai.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
