Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 12 March 2025, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to sections 242(1)(e) and 244 of the Act, that

be suspended from practice as a barrister or solicitor for three months beginning 11 April 2025.

On 18 July 2025 the High Court formally issued a judgment which recorded the appeal was allowed and the period of suspension reduced to one month, beginning 1 August 2025.
