Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Audrey Sonerson, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 12 September 2025:

1. This notice shall be read together with the Appointment of Director of Area Mental Health Services (“notice”) (New Zealand Gazette, 31 March 2025, Notice No. 2025-go1763).
2. The notice is amended in respect of “Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Lakes”
1. by omitting the name and title
   “Dr Jisu Nath, consultant psychiatrist, of Rotorua”
2. and substituting the name and title
   “Bart van Gaalen, registered nurse, of Rotorua”.
