Pursuant to section 2 of the Engineering Associates Act 1961, the Minister for Building and Construction hereby give notice to add:

• the Association of Hydraulic Services Consultants Australia and New Zealand, and
• Concrete New Zealand

as associations to which the Engineering Associates Act 1961 applies.

The addition of these associations takes effect on 1 September 2025.
