Under sections 198(1)(b) and (3) of the Education and Training Act 2020, I declare that Whare Kura Morehu ō Ratana (2436) a Year 1–8 full primary kura, will be a Year 1–13 composite wharekura from Term 1, 2026.

The change of classification will be phased in with the wharekura offering education for Year 1–10 from Term 1, 2026 and Year 1–13 from 2027.
