Take notice that I, Benjamin Joseph Martell, Manager – Public Law, the Treasury, under delegation from the Secretary to the Treasury under Schedule 6 of the Public Service Act 2020, hereby disclaim on behalf of His Majesty The King and pursuant to section 325(1) of the Companies Act 1993, the Crown’s title to the property described in the Schedule, such property having vested in the Crown under section 324 of the Companies Act 1993 on removal of that property’s owner (Teapot Enterprises (2008) Limited, Company Number: 2107140) from the Companies Register on 13 July 2021 and being onerous property within the meaning of section 269 of the Companies Act 1993.
