Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 9 December 2022, which was granted under those regulations to Kieter The Nest ELC Limited, in respect of Geckos (The Nest) Early Learning Centre Ltd (11566) situated at 2 Shortland Street, Regent, Whangarei.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
