Under section 212M of the Education and Training Act 2020, I hereby notify that the Charter School Agency, acting in the name and on behalf of the Crown, and Twin Oakes Classical School Limited have entered into a contract for the establishment of Twin Oaks Classical School as a charter school.

The sponsor of the charter school is Twin Oaks Classical School Limited, and the school is located in Auckland.

The school will be a Composite, Year 1–13 co-educational school. It will open with Year 1–9 and grow a year level each year to be Year 1–13 in 2029.

The charter school will operate with the distinguishing character of “hybrid delivery as three days of classroom instruction followed by two days of at-home learning.”
