Under section 180 of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Hastings Boys’ High School (227) Board, (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 May 2022, Notice No. 2022-go1696 and amended in the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 December 2023, Notice No. 2023-go5609).

This notice takes effect on the date of its publication.
