Pursuant to Schedule 22, clause 10 of the Education and Training Act 2020 (“Act”), I hereby split the Combined Board of John Paul II High School (304) and St Patrick’s School, Greymouth (3538) and establish John Paul II High School (304) Board and St Patrick’s School, Greymouth (3538) Board with effect from 18 August 2025.

I further specify under Schedule 22, clause 13 of the Act that the residual employer of the employees of the Combined Board will be the John Paul II High School (304) Board.

The Combined Board for John Paul II High School and St Patrick’s School Greymouth will remain in effect until the date the elected, appointed, or co-opted members of the new Boards take office.
