Pursuant to clause 1(2) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand is pleased to appoint the following members to the External Reporting Board:

John Douglas Kensington, of Auckland,

as Chair, for a term commencing on 11 August 2025 and expiring on 28 August 2027.

Jacqueline Margaret Cheyne, of Wanaka,

as Deputy Chair, for a term commencing on 11 August 2025 and expiring on 30 April 2029.
