Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Rutherford Intermediate School (2442) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 October 2022, Notice No. 2022-go4275).

This notice takes effect on the date of its publication.
