Pursuant to section 8(1) of the Health and Disability Commissioner Act 1994 and 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Governor-General has reappointed:

Ms Morag McDowell

as Health and Disability Commissioner for a six-month term commencing on 7 September 2025.

And, pursuant to section 9(1) of the Health and Disability Commissioner Act 1994 and 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Governor-General has reappointed:

Ms Jean Rosemary (Rose) Wall

as a Deputy Health and Disability Commissioner for a five-year term commencing on 2 October 2025.
