Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 10 February 2025, which was granted under those regulations to Central Kids Trust, in respect of Central Kids Kindergartens – Matatā (40272) situated at 43 Pollen Street, Matata.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
