Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 (CEA), I, Harriet Bridgewater, Senior Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Finance and the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that, for the purposes of 160(1)(b) of the CEA, on 22 July 2025, the Honourable Nicola Willis, Minister of Finance, and the Honourable Chris Bishop, Minister for Infrastructure, approved National Infrastructure Funding and Financing Limited:

1. acquiring financial products under section 161 of the CEA relating to concessionary loans for public EV charging infrastructure; and
2. entering into an agreement constituting a derivative, and amending the terms of that agreement, under section 164 of the CEA relating to concessionary loans for public EV charging infrastructure. This does not constitute approval to actively engage in additional hedging products.
