Pursuant to section 9 of the Criminal Cases Review Commission Act 2019 and section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint:

Paula Mary Rose, qso, consultant of West Melton

as the Deputy Chief Commissioner of the Criminal Cases Review Commission for a term of two years commencing on the date hereof, and appoint:

Kingi Denis William Snelgar, barrister of Auckland

as a Commissioner of the Criminal Cases Review Commission for a term of five years commencing on the date hereof.
