On 8 October 2021, the Associate Minister of Justice granted an exemption from the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009 to Goodman (NZ) Limited, Goodman Property Trust, and its trustee Covenant Trustee Services Limited on the terms and conditions set out in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 November 2021, Notice No. 2021-go4821 (“Ministerial Exemption”).

In 2024 Goodman (NZ) Limited was replaced by Goodman Property Services (NZ) Limited as the manager of Goodman Property Trust. For the avoidance of doubt, the Ministerial Exemption now applies to Goodman Property Services (NZ) Limited, Goodman Property Trust, and its trustee Covenant Trustee Services Limited.

The terms, conditions and all other details of the exemption remain unchanged.
