Pursuant to clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Science, Innovation and Technology has appointed:

Elena Trout, of Auckland

as Chair of the Callaghan Innovation Board, for a term commencing on 5 July 2025 and expiring on 30 June 2026.

Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) and Schedule 5, clause 1(1) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, and section 9 of the Callaghan Innovation Act 2012, the Minister of Science, Innovation and Technology has appointed:

Matanuku Mahuika, of Gisborne

as a member and Deputy Chair, for a term commencing on 5 July 2025 and expiring on 30 June 2026, and appointed

Steve Evans, of Auckland

Anna Cassels-Brown, of Queenstown

as members of the Callaghan Innovation Board, for terms commencing on 5 July 2025 and expiring on 30 June 2026.
