Take notice that I, Benjamin Joseph Martell, Manager – Public Law, The Treasury, under delegation from the Secretary to the Treasury under Schedule 6 of the Public Sector Act 2020, hereby disclaim on behalf of His Majesty The King and pursuant to section 325(1) of the Companies Act 1993, the Crown’s title to the property described in the Schedule, such property having vested in the Crown under section 324 of the Companies Act 1993 on removal of that property’s owner (W.H. Freestone Property Limited, No.: 657099) from the Companies Register on 30 June 2024 and being onerous property within the meaning of section 269 of the Companies Act 1993:
