Section 37B(1)(c) of the Biosecurity Act 1993

Under section 37B of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I vary the approval, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 February 2018, Notice No. 2018-go522 of Port of Auckland (located at Sunderland Street, Auckland and operated by Port of Auckland Limited, Company No.: 400910), as a place of first arrival to receive the following craft and cargo types subject to the limitations specified:

Limitations:

Port of Auckland is able to receive the following craft:

  • Commercial Vessels
  • Commercial Passenger Vessels
  • Defence Force Craft

that are able to discharge the following risk good types:

  • Bulk Cargo (Approved Systems)
  • Bulk Cargo (Non-approved Systems)
  • Passengers, Crew and their Personal Effects
  • Containers and General Cargo
  • Vehicles and Machinery

A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Tower, 38–42 Bowen Street, Wellington.
